I bought 2 of these keys before Christmas as a early present for me and my partner. took a little while to come though due to using Google checkout. we bought the instant email of the code, as we were to impatient to wait for disks to come in the post lol.
no problems installing and using the accounts, 2 months later we are both still happy playing, so I can confirm these are full and legal accounts.
